Can you believe Asher Mediation is already a year old? Time really does fly when you’re having a good time! Here are a few highlights of Asher Mediation’s first year:

I’ve had the pleasure of working with many of you in mediation, and together we’ve been able to find solutions for your clients in a wide variety of situations.
In January 2009, I became a member of the panel of mediators available to assist you through the San Diego Superior Court ADR program
In June 2009, I successfully completed the Mediator Credentialing Program through National Conflict Resolution Center. The program involved classroom education, followed by a year of experiential training, culminating in a mock mediation final examination evaluated by experienced mediators.
Throughout the year, Asher Mediation has had the pleasure of sponsoring numerous events and volunteering time to support our local bar associations and law schools, including the San Diego County Bar Association, and its Young and New Lawyer’s Division; the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer’s Program; Lawyers Club; Consumer Attorneys of San Diego; the San Diego Defense Lawyers; Thomas Jefferson School of Law; and University of San Diego School of Law.
